We are a young and highly motivated trio and have collectively gathered valuable experience in gastronomy over the years and we are now engaged in our own hotel in Klosters.
Andri Fasser trained initially at the Hotel Vereina before going on to the exclusive kitchen of the Restaurant Seven with Ivo Adam in Ascona. He then went to Germany to set up a new restaurant before returning to Klosters where he started planning with friends on opening their own business.
Ruth Guler made this possible and the opportune moment arrived. Together with his two long time friends Cédric Müller and Christian “Hitsch” Florin he decided to take it on. Cédric and Hitsch have been in the catering trade for years. Hitsch gained experience from working at the ‘Cresta Bar’ and recently as the deputy head barman of the ‘Gotschna Bar’ and Cédric worked in guest relations at the Iglu-Dorf on the Parsenn and also as operations manager in the mountain restaurant ‘Zügenhüttli’ on Madrisa.
